Legal Receptionist 

Guadalupe is the legal receptionist at Guerra & Casillas LLP, where she serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. She takes pride in helping others and creating a welcoming environment, building meaningful relationships with clients from the moment they reach out to the firm. In addition to assisting all practice teams, Guadalupe helps ensure that communication flows smoothly throughout the office. 

Before joining Guerra & Casillas LLP, Guadalupe worked in the banking industry, where she was recognized as one of top sales performers in her area for two consecutive quarters. That experience strengthened her client service skills and taught her the value of trust, clarity, and follow-through.
