Tiya Mengesha

Social Media Coordinator 

Tiya serves as the Social Media Coordinator at Guerra & Casillas LLP, where she manages the firm’s digital presence across all platforms. She is dedicated to creating educational, informative, and engaging content that strengthens the firm’s connection to its clients and community partners. Her approach centers on clarity, creativity, and purposeful storytelling. 

In addition to her work at the firm, Tiya is an artist and a student at California State University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts and Marketing. She has experience in public relations and public art, having collaborated with nonprofit organizations to support community-focused projects. Her background in both visual communication and audience engagement enhances her ability to craft meaningful content for diverse audiences. 

Outside the office, Tiya enjoys visiting cat cafés, exploring the outdoors, and traveling with friends and family.
