Melissa is a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager at Guerra & Casillas LLP, where she guides clients through each stage of their claims with care and understanding. She was inspired to enter the field after her mother’s own workers’ compensation case, an experience that gave her firsthand insight into the challenges many injured workers face, particularly within immigrant communities. 

With five years of experience in workers’ compensation, Melissa combines professional expertise with a deeply personal commitment to advocacy. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she ensures that every client feels supported, informed, and valued throughout the process. Her connection to the field drives her compassionate approach to every case she handles. 

Outside the office, Melissa enjoys baking and cooking, often sharing her creations with family and friends.
